Abstract :
We propose a novel interconnection approach for our subsystem modular OXC node that achieves graceful modular growth without any service disruption and only marginal routing performance offset. We analyze the origins of blocking and demonstrate the necessity of jointly optimizing intra/inter-node routing and wavelength assignment.
