Abstract :
For the difficult machining of globoidal indexing cam, it is analyzed specifically combined with the characteristics of material and heat treatment. Its solid modeling is given by application of Pro / E. Machining simulation is carried out by setting processing parameters of NC module. With the function of NC machining measuring, it can Check whether there is the phenomenon on over-cutting. Results show that the design of globoidal indexing cam is appropriate. Finally, the processing code is generated by post-processing, so as to provide the necessary procedures for the actual processing. And the difficult problem of the programming is solved.
