Abstract
CRM is an approach to a basic principle, which marketing fees for alluring new customers takes triple the amount of maintaining existing customers. Of course options like database marketing and e-mail marketing can be used to maintain existing customers. As shown in this paper the implemented eCRM system which is the base of multi-agent and is classified not only as operational CRM but also as collaborative CRM and analytical CRM. This was implemented through basis of specialized components and it supports the concept of ASP service. Through the development of a module, which helps to use existing data environment more effectively, it supports and creates an environment that users can use easily.
