Abstract
After entering the deep mining, the temperature of the original rock seriously affects the mine safety production. Therefore, it is urgent to reduce the working face temperature. According to the problem of mine cooling technologies in China and abroad and actual condition of coal mines, High Temperature Exchange Machinery System (HEMS) with mine water inrush as cold energy was developed. Combined with the characteristics of Zhangshuanglou coal mine, the Zhangshuanglou model of cooling system with plenty of cold source was proposed-the circulation utilization principle of mine water inrush between ground and underground. As for one of key equipment cold and heat energy exchange system (HEMS-II), the operational principle from theory and actual application is given. Through the comparison of cooling technology at China and abroad, HEMS opens a new technology to solve the deep mine heat hazard, which makes good sense in energy conservation and pollution reduction.
