Abstract :
We rarely see the system which supports historical learning according to each situation - before the tour, during the tour, after the tour. We developed the system of historical learning which offers the information according to the situation. It is made from HORIKAWA sightseeing - the tourist industry that gives travelers a sightseeing tour around the moat of the Matsue castle by a pleasure boat. Before the tour, it guides visitors by using the representation of 3D graphic and multilingualism. During the tour, it offers the information about the historic spot where they are now with a cellular phone and GPS. In addition, it offers the record of that the information after the tour.
