Abstract :
We extend the concepts of discrete analytic functions to multiresolution analytic functions using the spectral representation of wreath product cyclic groups. Phase congruency and local energy used in the identification of features, are extended to apply to the multiresolution case. A key feature of the extension is the low computation cost.
