Abstract
Introduce a CNC system for nonstandard machine tool based on PLC and programmable multi-axis controller, which is appLied to CNC machine. Comparing with traditional CNC system, the proposed design has not only simpLified machine tool structure and control system, but also make user´s program simpLification. The control functions of PLC are introduced and the PLC ladder diagram is given out.
