Abstract :
The theory about aggregation of induction motor loads connected to different bus bars in distribution network is studied in this paper. A new method for aggregating induction motor loads is presented. The values of the equivalent circuit parameters of the aggregate induction motor are determined by the two operating conditions, i.e., no-load and locked-rotor conditions. The effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method is verified with the simulation results of the distribution network in the Changsha grid.
