This article unifies the construction experience of SMA-13 bituminous pavement project, raw material selected, the determination of Marshall experiment target, the gradation optimization, the determination of best oilstone and goal mixture ratio design examination as well as aspects and so on introduced the SMA-13 road surface goal mixture ratio design.
