Abstract
Because of the accelerated pace of Life, work pressure, environmental pollution and working or recreational activities grow quickly, making the incidence of voice disease gradually upward trend. During the earthquake area, the incidence of disease rise rapidly, especially teaChers are high risk population. Psychogenic voice disorder is a kind of psychological fear and repression which has not been released, causing voice disorder. Due to environmental, psychological, and many other reasons, the voice is fatigue, combined with voice over use and so on, thus the voice organ is prone to organic disease. So it is particularly important to prevent voice disorders, care for disaster education, especially the teaChers.
