In this paper, the authors first present the efficient iterative algorithm for the large sparse non-Hermitian positive definite systems of linear complementarity problem, based on the Hermitian and skew-Hermitian splitting of the coefficient matrix. These algorithms include an asymmetric Hermitian/skew- Hermitian (AHSS) iteration and its inexact version, the inexact asymmetric Hermitian/skew-Hermitian (IAHSS) Iteration. And then, the global convergence theories are established for the proposed algorithm.
