Abstract :
Fashion is an influential medium in multimedia, leading social trends internationally. A typical case of fashion, that of dress, is modeled by cellular spatial structures to show that such algebraic topological modeling can allow a variety of dress designs to be produced from one basic fashion mode, inheriting design characteristics. The basic architecture is a three layered model consisting of a topological layer to specify the basic fashion mode, a geometrical layer to produce varieties of shapes inheriting the topological characteristics, and a visualization layer to implement real dress in wide range of media such as costumes, TV picture content, and publications
