Abstract :
In this paper a new wideband probe-fed printed antenna with two slits is proposed and experimentally tested. Good agreement between the measured and simulated results has been shown. An impedance bandwidth (VSWRLt2) of about 47.5% is obtained experimentally. Further simple modifications in the antenna structure have been made and the simulated results give an impedance bandwidth of about 62%.
