Abstract :
Agent team coordination approach based on organization demands a better matching between organizational structure and environment. However, this matching relationship may be damaged under dynamic environment, so it is necessary to adjust organizational structure to accommodate environmental change. In this paper, a hierarchical organizational structure adjustment approach is proposed and an organizational structure adjustment algorithm based on capability and task is designed to deal with the non-matching issue between organizational structure and environment caused by the change of task and memberspsila capability under dynamic environment so that organizational structure adjustment and task-optimizing assignment are realized.
