Abstract
The automobile driving simulator is developed, the structure and work principle are presented briefly. The visual system, which is large-scale and has the advantage of high-quality, is developed. The 6-DOF (degree-of-freedom) motion platform is introduced to provide the realistic motion presence during the time of automobile´s driving along the sloping and bumpy roads as well as speed-up, speed-down, turn-aside and sideslip. The experimental result show the automobile driving simulator can be fit with the need of driving training with satisfying reality and immersion.
