Abstract :
A neural network ensemble for adaptive prediction of patient response to anemia correction with erythropoietin is presented. The model combines individual neural networks whose outputs are aggregated using prediction error information. The purpose of this approach is to perform response modeling that can be used for individualized, patient-specific drug delivery.
