Abstract :
In this paper, an intelligent mask with EPM7256AETC144-10 core is designed. The mask has the functions of judging, alert and counting of wrong conditions. And the mask has been used in practice to increase the electromagnetic compatibility of electronic products. It can help the operator to fit screws on the shield strictly by prescribed sequence. Through this, the performance of products is improved obviously. Hardware description language VHDL and graphic editor are used to programme. The program are compiled and simulated by MAX+PLUS II application. After testing, the performance of the designed mask is steady and the functions needed in production process are preferably accomplished
