Abstract :
Product service system (PSS) is to integrate tangible products and intangible service to build “sustainable solutions”, in order to meet some specific needs from customers, which is a new idea and new pathway to realize sustainability. This paper analyzes the background, motivation and core concepts of PSS arisen, and the pathway driving to sustainability through PSS case study.
