Abstract :
The high speed rotating arc welding sensor driven by motor with hollow shaft is widely used in seam tracking system. The theory of variation detection based on it is introduced at first. The minimization of controller is necessary in putting the technology into products, and the work has been done. The structure and realization methods of embedded controller based on 80C196KC are put forward subsequently. The results of the test on ROMAT 76AW welding-robot approve the effectiveness of this control system
