Abstract :
In this paper, a new data-mining algorithm based on Bayesian network was proposed and applied in traditional Chinese medical clinical diagnosis for coronary heart disease (CHD). With the relative factors of the differentiation for traditional Chinese medical symptoms the gain information algorithm is used to select the attributes of the differentiation. The experiment with the data from the database of electronic patient cases shows that the Bayesian algorithm has good classification capability in traditional Chinese medical clinical diagnosis
