Reflection on attributes of color design analysis on development of Chinese Color Design Education

Color design developed into a specialty in Europe at the end of 1960s and beginning of 1970s. Chinese Color Design Education originated at the beginning of 21^st century. As a newly emerging specialty deriving from arts design school, it is born to meet the needs of social development. Only by understanding the reason of its rising, the connotation of color design and the attributes of color design can we conduct effective positioning and thinking on the development of color design education.
