Abstract
Results are presented of a geoacoustic inversion methodology applied to a variety of measured acoustic data. These data include impulsive time series data, transmission loss versus range, and broadband data from a moving surface ship. Common features of the inversions address key issues associated with the general problem of geoacoustic inversion in shallow water environments
