  • Abstract
The availability of digital products is intended to satisfy people´s requirements of using digital communication technology to change life style. And users, products and the using environment is a closely related whole system. Designer´s task is to cope with every element so that each element of interface can do good service to product design. To judge a good and user-oriented interface design, the following can be used as reference: the effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction of the interface to users in the process of using. In other words, that is whether the interface product is easy to learn or not, whether it attracts users or not and user´s feeling in using the product. The purpose of this thesis intend to discuss how to use 5W1H to achieve user analysis in interaction design of interface, so as to develop interface that users want. Meanwhile, to help designers be clear of users´ idea can be reflected on the final interface demand and satisfy users´ requirement, finally, to improve user´s satisfaction.
