Abstract :
This paper presents the design and the experimental characterization of a linear array of monopoles fed with a strip line feed network. Because the size and the positioning of the antenna are the constraints, the main lobe radiates in the same direction as the array alignment. The whole array antenna has been optimized taking into account the strong mutual coupling between the monopoles [1]. The array of monopole was studied with the software CST MSW and the feed network has been designed with ADS.
