Abstract :
For pt.I see ibid., vol.2, pp.505-8 (2000). In this work a 2 cm×2 cm×0.4 cm novel thick film planar transformer is developed. This planar transformer was used in a flyback switch mode DC-DC converter with a pulse width modulator (PWM) feedback control circuit. The switch mode converter and the planar transformer showed a high efficiency of 90% and 99% at 2 MHz operating frequency, respectively
