  • Abstract
    In this paper, we propose ordinary and new (polaritonic) photodetectors and optochemical sensors based on Schottky barrier with corrugated interface. Such metal-semiconductor interfaces with various microrelief morphology (dendrites, quasigratings and diffraction gratings) were used as active ones. We demonstrate that the photosensitivity control of the detectors over a wide range of visible spectrum may be attainable either with variation of the microrelief features and passivation treatments or with usage of suitable overlayer of Schottky junction
