Abstract :
This paper presents the surveillance area as an ordered order-k multiplicatively weighted Voronoi diagram in R2. The boundaries between adjacent radars are the edges of the diagram, defined by the range ratio of radars taken pairwise. The radar range equation is used to describe the proximity rule necessary to generate the diagram. The proximity between a target and a radar is determined by means of a Euclidean distance weighted by the radar range. The common coverage is represented by the Voronoi regions of order-k.
