  • Abstract
Product design quality control is one of the important functions of design management. We must carry out design control to design activity in order to achieve the design goal. Through the research on the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method, this paper proposes that product quality control of design should start from the conceptual design stage. QFD converts user requirements into the relevant technical requirements of design, avoiding the decoupling phenomenon in the development process of new products. The core content of QFD is the conversion for requirement. House of Quality (HOQ) express the true quality of customer requirements systematically and the relationship between with characteristics of quality with language. According to the basic principles of QFD and HOQ, this paper analyses the influencing factors of product design quality, and its object and method. The process of design quality control is proposed finally.
