Abstract :
A new on-chip current sensing technique for hysteresis current controlled step-down dc-dc converter is presented in this paper. This current sensing technique has been designed with a standard 0.35 μm CMOS process. Simulation results show that the current sensing circuit full-time measured the inductor current whether the high-side or low-side switch is turned on.
