Abstract :
This paper is an overview of DuPont Electronic´s technology roadmap with emphasis on some of the near term products and programs such as photopolymer dielectric films and conductive materials, and processable holographic materials as well longer term programs such as light guides for electronic circuits. Some detail is provided on the progress of the near term programs including some of the work to benchmark environmental impacts and costs
