Abstract :
This paper presents an efficient algorithm based on linear formulation for addressing passivity of macromodels from S-parameter subnetworks. It also describes fast and accurate algorithm for verification and compensation of S-parameter based macromodels. Examples are presented to demonstrate the validity and accuracy of the proposed algorithm.
