  • Abstract
    The Integrated Circuits Characterization Platform (ICCP) is an automated measuring tool which offers more flexible and higher accuracy measurements on the new fabricated IC´s. This platform is intended to be used with a PCB named “demo board”, which includes the socket for the desired IC and minimum external components. With few modifications, the ICCP can also be used at a probe station.
