  • Abstract
    Against the backward of traditional robot design based on the pure mechanical method, we present a electromechanical robot based on ARM&DSP and its collaborative design system (ERCDS) based on modern design philosophy and techniques. First we give a development of industrial robot, and then we focuses on the embedded speech recognition system discussion on the collaborative communication platform based on Windows and Linux. We deeply explain the collaborative communication mechanism and the multi-layer architecture of ERCDS. It is an effective and efficient solution for the design for electromechanical system.
