Abstract :
The reclosing time of a transmission line has influenced on system stability. Selection of reclosing time and suitable gain of automatic voltage regulator (AVR) would be enhanced and improved system stability capacity. This paper presents a calculated method of optimal reclosure based on criterion of Lyapunov energy function of SMIB (single machine infinite bus) system with generator that equips excitation control. It will be simulated on real system (500/220 kV Viet Nam transmissions system in 2010) by PSS/E-29 software for the purpose of effective appreciation of these verdicts
