Abstract :
For use in an anti-collision car radar system, a 77 GHz 5th harmonic,flip-chip Si-Schottky diode mixer was developed in a hybrid microstrip technology. First measurements show excellent conversion data, down to 22 dB conversion loss at 77 GHz and 10 dBm LO power.
