Abstract :
This paper studied the management and operator schema of spatial data based on metadata. The mining multi-scale DLG Data Organization and Management System is established by ArcEngine and Oracle as development platforms. The system can provide a convenient and intuitive data resource management platform for the mining production manager, and the database functions supplied effective access to the data mining, query and management operations, which provides the basic data protection for the safe producing of the mining area.
