The evaluation of scientific journals in Chinese Scientific Research based on extenics theory

It is quite important to establish the standardized, accurate, operational evaluation system, to improve the quality and promote the development of scientific journals. OA articles, although becoming the necessary way for scientific researchers to contribute their academic view point, has still not been adopted into official evaluation system of scientific researches yet. Extension set theory and extension engineering methods, widely used in social and economical fields, is applied in this paper in the evaluation of scientific journals including traditional journals and OA journals in China. Therefore the framework of evaluation system of OA journals is formed to reflect the quality of OA journal, the level of OA journals website and academic influence of OA journals.
