  • Abstract
    We present polarization sensitive characterization of fiber Bragg gratings and a novel wavelength reference based on a laser stabilized to a grating. The locking scheme enables a relative wavelength accuracy better 10/sup -7 /(0.15 pm) at 1550 nm.
