Abstract

The recent trend of software industry in Pakistan is a shift to adopt agile methodologies for software development. Keeping in view the challenges of methodology migration the current research provides a comprehensive analysis of structural requirements for project based organization to become agile with recommended cultural and business practices which can help organization to re-structure from functional to agile based projectized.
