Research on the construction of supply chain collaboration system based on information sharing

At present, more and more enterprises realize the value of information sharing in the supply chain. Realizing the system of supply chain collaboration can not only stable the supply of the food, energy and raw material, but also promote the commodity circulation system, and play a key role in realizing the modernization of the economic zone. Although supply chain collaboration can also bring many benefits to the partners and improve the whole performance in supply chain, but there are many factors impact on the collaboration. Firstly, this paper sets up the model about comprehensive benefit of information sharing in the supply chain, and then it analyzes the obstructive factors of the collaboration from four aspects. Finally, it puts forward four strategies of constructing the collaboration system in the supply chain. They are positioning the role of the partners, constructing incentive system, applying information technology and creating security system.
