Abstract :
The data of structure, electro-transport and magnetic characterization of the semiconducting solid solutions of the Zr1-xDyxNiSn and ZrNi1-xFexSn composition are presented. A dependence of site occupation by the Zr and Ni atoms versus the metallic size of the substitutional atom was detected.
