Abstract :
The interconnection between Scotland and England, whilst providing an AC electrical connection between the ScottishPower and National Grid Company high-voltage transmission systems, is also the vehicle for transfers between the England and Wales Pool and its three External Pool Members (EPMs) in Scotland.
