  • Abstract
    Under the background that IOT industry has been listed as one of the Chinese strategic developing industries, this thesis analyses the development foundations and existing problems of IOT industry in Heilongjiang province. On this basis, the related theories and methods of Linkage among Factors of Innovation System are used, and a concept model of IOT industry´s innovation system in Heilongjiang province is established. There are three subsystems in the IOT industry´s innovation system, including technology subsystem, market subsystem and policy subsystem. The linkage in the IOT industry´s innovation system has two levels. The linkage actions in the one level are happened between the factors inside individual subsystem, while the linkage actions in other level are happened between the three subsystems.
