  • Abstract
    In order to avoid the deadlock, congestion and high transmission delay of network on chip in the process of data exchange, this paper proposed a kind of preconcerted wormhole routing solution. First, the author put forward this idea based on the VC technology and wormhole routing technology. Secondly, design the Router structure, a flit format and the flit routing process according to the algorithm thought. Then, complete the algorithm based on the previous studies. Finally, simulate and apply this routing algorithm to the NoC of MESH topology structure by the NIRGAM simulator. The test results show that compared with the routing algorithms of XY, Odd-even, AntNet, the program in this paper has a lower average transmission delay under the premise of high-throughput rate.
