Abstract :
This paper describes the construction of Marine Environment Forecast System based on distributed coupling technology by using mobile agents. The multi-layered system provides a flexible shared workspace for the cooperation of multidisciplinary researchers in geophysical modeling. The system takes mesoscale atmospheric model, regional oceanic model and wave model as the researching prototype. The numerical experiments successfully simulate the ocean phenomena and demonstrate the performance of the distributed coupled modeling system.
