Abstract
Summary form only given. Recently, technical and scientific interests have resulted in the optical study of a few quantum dots (QDs) or localized states. For this purpose, the near-field scanning optical microscope (NSOM) is useful. In this paper, we discuss our recent progress on the near-field spectroscopy of single InAs-GaAs self-assembled QDs (SAQDs) with emphasis on magnetophotoluminescence.
