Abstract
Career satisfaction is the subjective criteria for judging the professional managers´ success. MBA education´s goal is to cultivate professional managers for enterprises. This paper uses empirical methods to discuss MBA education´ effect on professional managers´ career satisfaction, and takes psychological capital as a mediating variable to investigate the mechanism between MBA education and professional manager´s career satisfaction. The results show that MBA education has a significant influence on professional managers´ career satisfaction, and psychological capital partly mediates the relationship between MBA education and professional managers´ satisfaction. Conclusions suggest that MBA education should pay attention to psychological capital´s training and promoting, which can promote the professional managers´ career satisfaction.
