Abstract :
A continuous-time fifth-order Chebyshev lowpass filter integrated in a 3-μm double-metal CMOS process is described. The filter incorporates an on-chip tuning circuit based on an amplitude detection scheme. The filter cutoff frequency can be tuned in the range of 8-32 kHz. The circuit requires a ±2.5-V power supply and occupies a die area of about 4.5 mm×1.13 mm
