Abstract
Due to the dynamic, various and complicate characteristics for resource in Complex networks, it makes the multi-attribute management redundancy and time-exhausting. DHT based approaches have been widely adopted in resource management domains, which map the resource attributes and values to a single or multi DHTs and carry on management in such DHT nodes. But such DHT based topological structures bring forward unnecessary overhead in resource reporting, searching and maintenance procedures. The compound graphs are observed to be suitable solution which could enhance fault-tolerance and reduce unnecessary overhead. The compound graph is to combine simple basic graphs with systematic procedures, that several copies of a basic graph are connected by means of the links of another basic graph. The compound graphs with good modularity, expandability, regularity are suitable for resource management in complex networks. The paper analyzes aforementioned compound graphs for multi-attribute management from the aspects of network topology, multi-attribute support architecture and resource query routing, etc. As a result, the compound graph topologies can provide multi-attribute support and look-up efficiency for resource management in complex networks.
