Abstract :
For the risk accident initiated by uncertain factors in the complex chemical supply chain, the simulation could provide easy and quick decisions to design and improve the chemical supply chain with kinds of complex operational status, and predict risks to avoid. Take the band pesticide supply chain example, set an intuitive Petri Net model to forecast risks. The design method is simple and extends easily. The simulation result shows that the model has better flexibility, consistency and veracity with the analysis of risk warning on the supply chain in fact.
